Had a great time in New York at the Krappy Kamera Competition opening at the Soho Photo Gallery.
The images were refreshingly alive with great diversity.
The day I dicovered that my image of the corncrib was going to be in the show the corn crib was almost distroyed by a car driving into it . A week later it had disappeared into a dumpster but not before I photographed it one last time in the snow with my Holga. Our landscapes are changing and disappearing almost as fast as the scenes viewed through our viewfinders in our cameras in this part of the world.
